Yard Cleanup & Landscape Maintenance in Wenatchee, WA

Yards here go two directions fast: dry weeds and brush by midsummer, then leaves and cut-back debris in the fall. We handle one-time cleanups and scheduled maintenance so the property stays under control without you spending every Saturday on it.

Spring cleanup

Spring work is about resetting the yard before growth takes off. We clear winter debris and dead material, cut back perennials and ornamental grasses, edge and re-define beds, refresh bark or gravel where it has thinned, and pull the first flush of weeds before they seed.

Irrigation gets started up at the same time, with heads checked and adjusted so you are not discovering a broken lateral in July.

Summer weed and brush control

Dry grass and brush against a house is a real concern in this valley. We cut and haul off overgrown weeds, cheatgrass, and brush, and clear defensible space around structures, fences, and outbuildings.

For properties with vacant ground or steep back sections, we can set a schedule that keeps the growth knocked down through the season instead of letting it build into a fire load.

Fall cleanup and winter prep

Leaf and needle removal, gutter-line clearing, final cutbacks, bed cleanup, and hauling. Irrigation lines get blown out with compressed air and the controller shut down so nothing splits when it freezes.

This is also when we do the harder pruning on dormant shrubs and small trees, when the structure of the plant is visible and the cuts heal cleanly in spring.

Ongoing maintenance and rental properties

Scheduled visits can cover mowing, edging, bed weeding, pruning, and irrigation checks at whatever interval the property needs. Landlords and property managers use this to keep units presentable between tenants without dispatching someone themselves.

Everything is quoted after a walkthrough. Property size, access, slope, and how far behind the yard has gotten all change the scope, so we look before we write it up.

FAQ

Yard Cleanup & Maintenance Questions

Do you haul away the debris?
Yes. Loading and disposal are included in cleanup estimates unless you would rather keep the material on site.
Can you clear an overgrown or neglected property?
That is a common call. Heavy brush and weed removal on a property that has gotten away from someone is normal work for us.
Do you offer recurring maintenance?
Yes, weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the property. We can also do spring and fall visits only.
Do you do defensible space work around the house?
We clear dry grass, brush, and dead material back from structures, fences, and outbuildings, which matters a lot in this valley.
Will you maintain rentals for a property manager?
Yes. We work from a property list and keep the exteriors presentable between tenants and before showings.
