Home Remodeling in Wenatchee, WA

Remodeling covers everything from opening up a cramped floor plan to finishing a basement or bringing a 1960s valley home up to how people actually live now. Greenpoint Construction LLC takes those projects start to finish.

Projects we take on

Interior renovations, basement finishing, wall removals and openings, door and window replacement, trim and finish carpentry packages, flooring, and full interior repaints as part of the same scope.

We also do smaller, high-impact projects: replacing hollow-core doors and dated casing through a whole house, adding closet systems, or rebuilding a stair rail. Those jobs change how a house feels without the scope of a full remodel.

Older homes in the valley

A lot of housing stock here was built before the current codes, and remodels turn up knob and tube wiring, undersized headers, uninsulated exterior walls, and framing that was modified by a previous owner. None of that is unusual. What matters is catching it early and pricing it honestly.

We open walls carefully, document what we find, and give you the options in writing before we frame back in.

One schedule, one contractor

Remodels go sideways when nobody owns the sequence. We build the schedule, order long-lead materials up front, and coordinate the licensed trades so the electrician is not showing up to a room that is not ready for him.

You get progress updates and a heads-up before any stage that will be loud, dusty, or block part of the house.

Finish work is the part you see

Because painting is our core trade, the finish stage of a remodel gets the same attention as the framing. Caulked trim, clean lines, and consistent sheen are what make a remodel look finished instead of nearly done.

We close with a punch list walkthrough and do not consider the job complete until that list is empty.

FAQ

Home Remodeling Questions

Do you handle small remodel projects?
Yes. Door and trim packages, single-room renovations, and finish carpentry are regular work for us alongside larger jobs.
How do you scope a remodel?
We build a written scope with line items after a site visit. Anything discovered inside a wall is written up before the work proceeds, so the scope does not move without your approval.
Can I live in the house during the remodel?
For most projects, yes. We contain dust, protect walking paths, and sequence the work so the essential rooms stay usable.
Do you finish basements?
Yes, including framing, insulation, drywall, egress considerations, trim, and paint, with licensed trades for mechanical work.
Who is my point of contact?
Anthony Madera, the owner, stays involved on the jobs we run and you will have a direct number rather than a call center.
