We turn a rough idea into a written scope with line items, then build the schedule that puts each trade in the right week. We pull the permits the work requires, meet the inspectors, and keep the paperwork so it is not sitting on your kitchen counter.
We also handle the part homeowners find hardest: chasing subcontractors, catching conflicts between trades, and making the small daily decisions that keep a job from stopping.
Greenpoint Construction LLC holds Washington State contractor registration GREENCL742LE and carries bonding and liability insurance. You can verify our registration through the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries contractor lookup at any time.
Every subcontractor we bring onto your property is expected to carry their own current coverage.
Estimates are written, itemized, and based on a site visit rather than a phone guess. If something changes once the walls are open, it comes to you as a written change order before the work happens.
We do not publish estimates on this website. Every house and every scope is different, and anything posted online would be something we would have to walk back at the site visit.
Homeowners, real estate investors, landlords, and property managers across the Wenatchee Valley. Anthony Madera, the owner, is also a licensed real estate agent, which means schedules built around inspection periods and closing dates are familiar territory rather than a special request.
