EAST WENATCHEE, WA

Painting & Roofing Contractor in East Wenatchee, WA

East Wenatchee is a short trip across the bridge, and it is one of our busiest areas. Newer subdivisions, older orchard-adjacent homes, and a lot of rental property all in one place.

Subdivisions and older homes side by side

Much of East Wenatchee went up in waves, so a single street can have 1970s ranches next to homes finished in the last fifteen years. The newer ones typically have hardboard or fiber cement siding where the original builder-grade paint is now due for its second repaint. The older ones tend to need trim carpentry along with paint.

Up on the higher benches, wind exposure is stronger than down by the river. That shows up as premature failure on the windward elevation and on fascia boards, and it changes how we sequence a repaint.

Roofing on the east side

Open exposure means wind-lifted shingles are a common call here, especially after a spring or fall storm. We inspect the whole field rather than only the shingles that came off, because the surrounding courses are usually loosened too.

We handle repairs, full tear-offs, decking replacement, and ventilation corrections, and we tell you plainly when a roof still has good years left instead of pushing a replacement.

Rentals, turnovers, and listings

There is a lot of rental inventory in East Wenatchee, and turnover work runs on tight windows between tenants. We do make-ready paint, wall and door repair, and punch list items on a schedule that matches your lease dates.

Our owner, Anthony Madera, is also a licensed real estate agent, so if the property is heading to market we can also tell you which items are worth doing before the photos are taken.
