Our owner, Anthony Madera, is a licensed real estate agent as well as a general contractor. I'm a local business owner here in Wenatchee, Washington. I work as a licensed real estate agent as well as a general contractor, so I read a house two ways at once: how it will show to a buyer, an appraiser, or an inspector, and what it actually takes to keep it solid.
For you that means practical advice about which improvements actually go further, whether you are staying put, renting the place out, or getting it ready to sell. If a listing is already moving, I schedule the work around closing dates and inspection response windows instead of the other way around.
Through Greenpoint Construction LLC, my team and I work with homeowners, investors, and real estate clients on paint, roofing, and remodels, from small updates to top-to-bottom rebuilds.

- Yes. Estimates are free and written after a site visit so the estimate is based on your actual house, not a phone guess. Call or text 509-398-3986.
- Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
- Yes. Greenpoint Construction LLC is registered in Washington State under contractor registration GREENCL742LE and carries bonding and liability insurance.
- What areas do you serve?
- Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Quincy, Cashmere, Chelan, Malaga, Rock Island, Monitor, Leavenworth, Entiat, and nearby North Central Washington communities.
- Do you do both interior and exterior painting?
- Yes. Painting is our core trade. We handle exterior repaints on siding, trim, doors, and garages, and interior work on walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and cabinets.
- Do you handle roof repairs or only full replacements?
- Both. We repair leaks, flashing, boots, and wind damage, and we do full tear-offs and new roof installs. After an inspection we tell you which one your roof actually needs.
- Do you do concrete work?
- Yes. We pour driveways, patios, walkways, steps, and shop slabs, and we replace failed flatwork. See our concrete services.
